Crystallography and X-ray diffraction :
- laueX :
to perform simulation and indexation of Laue diagrams.
- Fhkl :
to compute structure factors, dielectric suceptibilities
and rocking curves.
- XmLmctep :
to compute realistic images of crystal structures
(this old program is no more maintained).

toplane, toprc, refplane, refrc :
suite of programs for the simulation of images in X-ray topography
and diffraction profils for a deformed crystal,
developped with Y.Epelboin
- stdw : to compute reflectivity and fluorescence profiles
for an X-ray incident plane wave onto a thin film deposited
on a semi-infinit substrat, without deformation.
- reflec and refluo : to compute reflectivity and fluorescence profiles
for an X-ray incident quasi-plane wave onto a thin film deposited
on a semi-infinit substrat, with deformation.

triton :
to perform quantitative computations on 2D images,
particularly with Fourier filtering;
developped with A.Rimsky and M.Pilard
(see also follimaj software below).
- bricolo :
to modify a 2D image
(this program is out of date, and is replaced by follimaj).
- follimaj :
this new program integrate the possibilities of triton and bricolo
in one program.
- XmVoxel :
to visualize in 3D, data formed of a serie of 2D slices
(this old program is no more maintained).
Proteins :
- Mscore :
to compute pair scores and multiple scores
for an alignement of protein sequences.
- tralimul :
to select the p more divergent proteins in an
alignement of n proteins
(p < n).
- xhca :
to draw the H.C.A. diagram (Hydrophobic Cluster
Analysis) in PostScript format from the sequence
of a protein.
