Mscore
Fonctions :
Mscore computes pair-scores and multiple-scores
for an alignment of protein sequences.
The input file must be in MSF format.
Mandatory ressources :
Unix workstation (or Linux PC) with a C compiler.
Documentation :
A small documentation in Word 2000 format
describe the computation done :
Mscore.doc from the external network, or
Mscore.doc from the local network.
A PowerPoint diagram displays the organisation of the program :

Distribution :
Sources of the program are freely available (without guaranty)
by ftp, in a compressed tar file :
