Fonctions :
To select the p more divergent proteins in an
alignment of n proteins (p < n).
Also compute the hydrophobic score for each column, a burriing
prediction for each position, and a sequence consensus.
The data file must be in MSF or CLUSTAL format.
Mandatory ressources :
Any computer with a Fortran 90 compiler .
