follimaj
Fonctions :
Includes the fonctions from triton and bricolo in one software,
with the additional possibility of image alignment.
The user graphical interface and the program organisation have
been completely redesigned.
This program uses the Fourier transform written by
A.Rimsky and the wavelet transform due to M.Pilard.
Mandatory ressources :
A Unix workstation or a Linux PC, with C and FORTRAN compilers
and X-Window and Motif libraries.
In addition, if images in usual formats (gif, tiff, jpeg...)
are to be read, pbm+ library must be available on the
machine.
X-Window screen or X Terminal (8 bits, 256 colors).
Documentation :
A small documentation in HTML format is included in the tar file
(triton documentation may also be consulted).
Distribution :
Sources of the program are freely available (without guaranty)
by ftp, in the form of a compressed tar file :
follimaj0.3.tar.gz from the external network, or
follimaj0.3.tar.gz from the local network.
Installation :
Uncompress the tar file :
"gunzip follimaj0.3.tar.gz"
extract the files :
"tar -xvf follimaj0.3.tar"
Open the file follimaj/doc/index.html using your
WWW browser and read the installation paragraph of the introduction.
