We operate a small network of about 10 SGI and Linux workstations and 20 Windows NT 4.0 Workstations plus two domain and file servers. We use a Windows NT 4.0 Server powered 400MHz Pentium machine running Microsoft IIS as WorldWideWeb Server (the page you are reading was downloaded from it). The crystallographic computing server is accessible through anonymous ftp. A number of useful applets are implemented as web services. We distribute an empirical x-ray absorption correction program (XABS2), a cell constant refinement program for x-ray powder data (XLAT), and a program for the analysis of local geometries and fields as well as water structures in proteins (SEXIE). We have ported Roman Laskowski's Procheck program to Windows NT and it is available from our ftp site. We also maintain a collection of our PDB structure entries and our protein datasets at this site.
