Chapter 20: Information On Data Held Within The Program
CAMERON holds a number of pieces of information while it is running and in some cases it is useful for the user to be able to access this information.
INFORMATION
This command is followed by a sub-command which specifies the type of information wanted.
CELL
Outputs the unit cell parameters.
ATOMS
Outputs the names of atoms stored within the program. It produces two
lists - one of atoms currently included and one of atoms currently
excluded from the picture.
COLOUR
This outputs the colour names that are available.
SYMMETRY
This command outputs the symmetry operators currently stored.
GROUP
Outputs a list of the currently defined groups and their members.
PACKNUMBERS
Outputs the symmetry operator and translation associated with a given
packnumber. The syntax is INFO PACKNUMBER n1 n2 n3.
