    CNH+ is distributed as freeware. The program is provided free of charge

    for academic, scientific and non-commercial purposes, provided usage is

    acknowledged. Commercial users wishing to use the program must first

    contact the author to purchase a licence.

 2. CNH+ IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED

    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

    DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE

    USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
